You might have to peel off the transfer tape from the mug. It helps in ensuring safe delivery of the mug. For to peel off, first trace the letters carefully using your finger tips. Use pressure for to transfer the sticker on to the mug. Then, carefully and slowly peel of the transparent transfer.
Please know the sticker is not printed on the mug. It also has lesser shelf-life than print.
